Obituary for Henry Leonard

Funeral services for Henry Lee Leonard, 81, of Sicily Island, LA will be held at Young's Community Memorial Funeral Home on Sunday, August 1, 2010 at 2:00 PM with Rev. George Bates and Rev. Jack Knapp officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Young's Community Memorial Funeral Home in Winnsboro.

Henry Leonard was born September 28, 1928 in Denham Springs, LA and passed away Thursday July 29, 2010 at his residence in Sicily Island. He was a Diesel Mechanic, and a member of the First Pentecostal Church of Jonesville. He Served in the US. Air Force.

Mother-Bessie (McDonald) Leonard
1st wife-Clotiel Leonard
2 grandsons-Byron Whatley and Nathan Whatley

Brother-Tommy Leonard of San Diego, CA
Stepsister-Pat Guditus of Alexandria, VA
5 Grandchildren-Chareale McCarthy, Twyla Herrington, Brandy Curtis, Dustin Leonard, and Crystal Whatley
9 Great grandchildren, 2 Step Children, and 5 step grandchildren


The Pallbearers will be Earl Chaudoin, Tommy Gough, Tinker Roberts, Garvis Sandell, Carter Robertson, and Randy Roberts.


The family will receive friends at Young's Community Memorial Funeral Home from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM Saturday, July 31, 2010.
